Arson and Vandalism Target Alençon Courthouse and Town Hall

Six vehicles were set on fire and graffiti was found on the courthouse and town hall in Alençon, France, in the early hours of Wednesday morning. Two individuals, aged 19 and 17, have been arrested in connection with the incidents.
