Atresmedia Ordered to Pay €50,000 for Misuse of Lifeguard's Voice and Video
Spanish media group Atresmedia has been ordered by the courts to pay 50,000 euros in compensation to a lifeguard. The ruling found that the improper use of her voice and video in parodies damaged the young woman's honor.
