Austrian Court Increases Sentence for Negligent Homicide in Sex-Related Death

An Austrian appeals court in Graz increased the sentence for a man previously convicted of negligent homicide by the Klagenfurt Regional Court, ruling that the death of a Carinthian man during a sex act constituted grossly negligent homicide.
