Partnership without precedent is becoming a regional force

Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan signed a Treaty on Eternal Friendship in Tashkent on Sunday, inaugurated projects ranging from a bank to two STEAM schools, broke ground on a SOCAR filling station network and a Sea Breeze resort, and committed to $1 billion in bilateral trade by 2030. There were many issues on the agenda. The vision behind it was even greater.
