Regional * Georgia’s Prosecutor General’s Office has charged Azerbaijani citizen Emin Aliyev with the murder of his cousin, Fatima Karimova, in Tbilisi. Yesterday’s announcement followed reports by Azerbaijani media that the suspect had been detained in Turkey after fleeing there.
