
SERAP Ordered to Pay N100M for Defamation, Plans Appeal
A court has ordered the Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) to pay N100 million in damages to officials of the Department of State Services (DSS) for defamation. SERAP has rejected the judgment and announced its intention to appeal the ruling.
