Sarajevo Councilor Criticizes Water Utility Over Water Waste
A councilor from the Party for Bosnia and Herzegovina (SBiH) in Novi Grad Sarajevo sharply criticized the public utility company ViK for controlling citizens' water usage while water has been flowing in the streets for months.
