Austrian Court Rules Wearing Masks as Free Speech, Even Putin Masks

Austria's Constitutional Court (VfGH) has ruled that wearing a mask, such as one depicting Russian President Vladimir Putin, is permissible as an act of free expression. The court also made a decision regarding demonstrations outside the Vorarlberg state parliament.
