ED Seeks to Serve Notice to Nirav Modi's Brother in Belgium for PNB Scam

India's Enforcement Directorate (ED) has moved a court to obtain permission to serve a notice to Neeshal Modi, brother of fugitive diamantaire Nirav Modi, in Belgium in connection with the PNB scam.
