Serbian Court Rules in Favor of Teacher in Jubilee Award Discrimination Case

The Higher Court in Belgrade has ruled in favor of Snežana Obradović, a member of the Independent Union of Educators of Serbia, confirming discrimination in the payment of jubilee awards based on union affiliation.

Stigla prva presuda za zakinute jubilarne nagrade

Viši sud u Beogradu usvojio je tužbeni zahtev članice Nezavisnog sindikata prosvetnih radnika Srbije (NSPRS) Snežane Obradović, čime je potvrdio da je nad njom izvršena diskriminacija na osnovu sindikalne pripadnosti prilikom isplate jubilarne nagrade.
