Finland's Kelo-Building Tradition Nears End Due to Material Scarcity
The traditional Finnish practice of kelo-building, which uses dead standing pine trees, is facing its end as suitable construction-grade kelo wood is no longer available in commercial forests. Olli Möttönen may be one of the last kelo builders in Finland.
