Man Arrested for Electronic Money Fraud, Instructions in Chinese Suspected
A 33-year-old suspect has been arrested for allegedly defrauding a woman of approximately 210,000 yen by posing as a refund agent and instructing her to send money via PayPay. Police suspect the instructions were given in Chinese through a secure messaging app.
