German and Chinese engineers develop highly accurate nuclear clock
Engineers from Germany and China have independently developed a nuclear clock, which measures time by changes in the energy levels of atomic nuclei and could help unlock the secrets of dark matter. The clock is incredibly precise, losing only one second every 3 million years.
