Ukrainian foreign minister tells Russia to stop believing in "spirit of Anchorage" and start peace talks

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha has responded to recent Russian claims that the United States is retreating from the so-called "spirit of Anchorage", saying Moscow should instead focus on genuine negotiations to end the war.
