Consortium Appeals Rail Baltica Tender Exclusion

A consortium of Torpol and Mirbud has filed an appeal against a court ruling that excluded them from a 5 billion PLN tender for the reconstruction of the Rail Baltica railway line. They argue that a 15,000 PLN penalty should not determine the outcome of such a significant tender, citing the principle of proportionality.
