Dutch Government Relaxes Rules for Culling Problem Wolves

The Dutch government has relaxed rules for killing wolves, allowing provinces to issue culling permits for problem animals without parliamentary approval. Farmers and private individuals are now also permitted to deter wolves using lights and noise.
