Yamanashi Police Introduce Skip-Grade System for Mid-Career Hires
Yamanashi Prefectural Police in Japan will be the first in the nation to introduce a 'skip-grade' system, allowing mid-career hires with over five years of experience in private companies to join as police sergeants.
