Ulcinj Police Arrest Foreign Nationals, Fine Establishments for Drug Abuse
Police in Ulcinj, Montenegro, have arrested three foreign nationals on suspicion of drug abuse. Additionally, three hospitality establishments were fined 1,500 euros each for related offenses, as part of a coordinated operation by the Security Department and Communal Police.
