Hungarian Judges Warn Incoming Justice Minister on Judicial Reforms
The Res Iudicata Association has warned Hungary's prospective Justice Minister that mere leadership changes are insufficient for judicial reform. They highlighted a legal loophole allowing former high-ranking judges, including five constitutional judges, to continue serving in lower courts after their leadership terms end.
