France Welcomes Mali's Pardon of Intelligence Agent

France has welcomed Mali's pardon of Yann Vézilier, an intelligence agent stationed at the French embassy in Bamako, who was arrested a year ago on charges of spying and undermining state security and serving a 20-year jail term.
