UTAD University General Council Members Sworn In Amid Institutional Crisis
Seven co-opted members of the General Council of the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro (UTAD) were sworn in, allowing the body to finally elect the next rector after an institutional crisis began in March 2025.
