Value Line and Qualcomm Announce Dividend Increases

Value Line and Qualcomm have both announced increases to their quarterly dividends. Value Line raised its dividend by 7.7% to $0.35 per share, while Qualcomm increased its dividend by 3.4% to $0.92.
