Marcos issues EO 114 suspending excise tax on LPG, kerosene

MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has issued an executive order (EO) on the suspension of excise tax on liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and kerosene. This follows Marcos’ announcement on April 13 that the excise tax on these petroleum products would be reduced as the country reels with the impact of the Middle East conflict.
