Benko Lawyer Prochaska Denies Lederer's ORF Intervention
Reports indicate that Heinz Lederer, chairman of the ORF foundation board, received fees as a communications consultant for lawyer Stefan Prochaska, who represents Benko. Prochaska denies that Lederer called the 'ZiB' news program on his behalf, stating he doesn't need Lederer to contact ORF.
