EU Court Rules Against Challenging Status of Judges Appointed in Flawed Procedure
The European Court of Justice (CJEU) has ruled that the status of ordinary court judges cannot be challenged solely because they were appointed in a flawed procedure involving the National Council of the Judiciary (KRS) after 2017.
