Mozambique Records Highest Number of Displaced People in Africa
Mozambique has reported the highest number of displaced people in Africa, with 826,000 movements caused by cyclones Dikeledi and Jude in a single season, and an additional 339,000 displacements due to the conflict in Cabo Delgado, according to an IDMC report.
