UK Athletics fined for 'avoidable' death of Paralympian Abdullah Hayayei

UK Athletics has been fined £350,000 for the 'grossly negligent' and 'avoidable' death of Emirati Paralympian Abdullah Hayayei, who was killed by a collapsing throwing cage during training for the 2017 World Paralympic Athletics Championships.
