The abuse of power case of former SIS head Vasile Botnari returns to the first instance for resentencing
The Centru Court of Appeal decided on Monday, February 23, to resentence the former director of the Security and Intelligence Service of the Republic of Moldova, Vasile Botnari, who was convicted in 2020 for abuse.
