Investigation Launched into Russian Volunteer Corps Leader's Access to Moldova University
An investigation has been launched into how Denis Kapustin, leader of the Russian Volunteer Corps and banned from the Schengen area, gained access to Moldova's State University (USM) for an interview with journalist Iurii Dudi. The Ministry of Education and Culture will request an internal procedure.
