Latvian Culture Minister's Order on Russian Language Use Clarified
Latvia's Culture Minister Nauris Puntulis has issued an order stating that while no theaters will be closed and content will not be interfered with, all posters, advertisements, websites, and other information carriers must henceforth be exclusively in the state language (Latvian).
