European Commission Reacts to Republika Srpska-Moscow Police Cooperation
The European Commission stated that relations with Russia cannot be viewed as normal diplomatic affairs at this time, in response to the signing of a memorandum between the Ministry of Interior of Republika Srpska and Moscow police.
