Over 630 Asylum Seekers Voluntarily Depart Ireland This Year
More than 630 asylum seekers have voluntarily left Ireland this year, with the Department of Justice paying out €222,500 to those who departed during 2026. This initiative aims to manage the number of asylum seekers in the State.
