Polish Health Inspectorate Issues Guidelines on Children Selling Lemonade
The Chief Sanitary Inspectorate (Sanepid) in Poland has clarified that the sale of lemonade, juices, fruits, or homemade baked goods by children at festivals or holiday events is not subject to food law regulations or Sanepid controls, while reminding of necessary hygiene.
