Japan Considers Strategic Oil Reserve Provision to Asian Nations Difficult

Japan's Economy Minister indicated that it would be challenging to provide strategic oil reserves to Asian countries heavily reliant on Middle Eastern crude if such a request were made, as reserves are primarily intended for domestic use.
