Mazda halts production of cars for export to the Middle East, increases production for Europe etc.
Amidst the continued de facto closure of the Strait of Hormuz due to escalating tensions in Iran, it has become known that Mazda has halted the production of cars for export to the Middle East. Meanwhile, the company plans to increase production of cars bound for Europe and other regions, stating there will be no impact on the overall production volume.
