Bombay High Court Rules Staring at Colleague's Body Not 'Voyeurism'

The Bombay High Court, through Justice Amit Borkar, ruled that staring at a woman colleague's body, while morally wrong, does not legally constitute 'voyeurism' under Section 354C of the Indian Penal Code.
