Spanish Regulator Exempts Red Eléctrica from Penalties for Grid Delays
Spain's competition regulator, CNMC, has reversed its decision and exempted Red Eléctrica from penalties for delays in the government's electrical infrastructure planning. The delays in the grid's development compromise up to 60 billion euros in investment.
