Fernando Santos Criticizes Portuguese State Bureaucracy and Housing Costs

Fernando Santos has criticized the increasing bureaucracy in Portuguese state aid, stating that officials are out of touch with people's realities. The former head of the Order of Engineers also warned about rising housing costs and a shortage of engineers in the country.
