Heavy rainfall from the southwest monsoon is expected to intensify in parts of Luzon, as a Low Pressure Area (LPA) has entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR). While the LPA has a low chance of becoming a cyclone, it will contribute to significant precipitation.
