Father Accused of Child Abuse Seeks Genetic Testing for Son

A father accused of child abuse, who carries a gene linked to muscular dystrophy, has requested that his son also be tested for the condition. His defense is appealing the provisional prison order as the investigation continues, with the child now out of the ICU.
