AFD Approves €25 Million Loan for CGES Modernization in Montenegro
The French Development Agency (AFD) has approved a €25 million loan for Montenegro's CGES (Crnogorski elektrodistributivni sistem) to modernize two of its facilities, with the loan and guarantee agreements signed by respective officials.
