Madrid to Create Robert Capa Cultural Center for Youth

Madrid Mayor Almeida announced plans to create a cultural "refuge" for young people under 18 in the iconic Peironcely, 10 building, named after Robert Capa. The center, costing one million euros, will be managed by the Padre Llanos foundation and focus on plastic and performing arts, including an exhibition of the famous photographer.
