Města a obce dokončují stavbu 504 dětských skupin. Pokud by radnice neměly od září místo ve školkách a dětských skupinách pro tříleté děti, musely by rodinám přispívat na hlídání. Třeba v Soběhrdech na Benešovsku skupinu otevřeli kvůli velkému zájmu rodičů už teď o prázdninách.
