MTV Lawsuit Against Nick Cannon's Rap Battle Show Proceeds

A judge has ruled that MTV's lawsuit against Nick Cannon's new rap battle show, "Bad vs. Wild" on Zeus Network, can move forward. MTV alleges the new show illegally mimics Cannon's previous celebrity guest show.
