Bulgarian IT Sector Warns Against 'Vicious Models' in State Procurement

Several major Bulgarian IT sector organizations have urged the government to avoid developing 'vicious models' by excessively using in-house procurement in the IT sector. They compared the state-owned 'Information Services' to the controversial 'Road Infrastructure Agency' in an open letter to Prime Minister Rumen Radev.
