DPWH reshuffles execs as retirement wave continues

Public Works Secretary Vince Dizon has ordered a fresh round of reassignments at the bureau, regional and district engineering office levels of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) to fill vacancies created by the continuing retirement of senior officials.
