Foz's Paper Costume Parade Attracts Thousands

The 150-year-old tradition of the Paper Costume Parade in Foz, inscribed in the National Inventory of Intangible Cultural Heritage and a UNESCO candidate, draws thousands to Porto in August with 700 participants.
