Jovanović: It is unacceptable to hold a public debate on constitutional changes and then reject every proposal due to deadlines
The public debate is not a decoration, said the President of the Municipality of Budva, Nikola Jovanović. 'I support constitutional changes that strengthen judicial independence and accelerate Montenegro's European path.'
