Bulgarian Court Annuls DANS Chief's Repeated Refusal to Provide Information

A Bulgarian court has once again declared void a repeated decision by the head of the State Agency for National Security (DANS) to refuse information. The ruling by the Administrative Court Sofia-City came after the Bulgarian Helsinki Committee requested the information under the Public Access to Information Act.
