Barcelona Ordered to Annul Terrace Hour Restrictions in Blai

The High Court of Justice of Catalonia (TSJC) has ordered Barcelona to annul the time restrictions on terraces in the Blai area, giving the Consistory one month to inform restaurateurs they can close at the same time as others.
